Basic Telephone Service

Residential Telephone Service: $17.50
Each Additional Line: $17.50
Business Telephone Service: $27.50
Each Additional Line: $27.50
Inside Wire Maintenance Agreement: $1.00; Inside Wire Maintenance Agreement is a plan that covers repair of all inside wire and jacks installed by the company or others (if the wires and jacks meet telephone industry standards). This plan allows customers to avoid a Premise Visit Trip Charge and repair charges when trouble is found inside the wire. If the problem is found in the customer owned equipment, the Premise Visit Trip Charge will be avoided. The problem will be identified and advice will be made regarding repair, but the company will not repair it.

Call Waiting: $2.00; Informs you with a tone while on the phone that another call is waiting to be answered. This feature allows you to put the current call on hold to answer the incoming call.
Call Forwarding: $2.00; Allows you to temporarily forward the customer's incoming calls to another number of the customer's choice.
3 - Way Calling: $2.00; Allows you to add a third party to an existing phone conversation or put a call on hold and place another call.
Caller ID-Name and Number: $5.00; Allows you to view the calling party's phone number and name (as published)
Voice Mail / E-Forwarding - NEW: $3.00; This feature answers incoming calls when your line is busy or unanswered. You may access message from any touchtone telephone or have your phone messages delivered right to your email Inbox.
Caller ID / Call Waiting Deluxe: $2.00; Must have Caller ID & Call Waiting.

Terminating Call Manager: $2.50; Blocks telemarketers who are exempt from the National Do-Not-Call list (politicians, non-profits, and
companies you have done business with in the past).
Originating Call Manager: $2.50; This feature blocks access to all long distance services except a limited number of predetermined numbers.
